Nice post, the food looks delicious! I actually recognize that restaurant as I've seen around Beijing before. Not sure why I've never tried it! The restaurant decor and food presentation are both fantastic.
I've been to Sichuan before and its truly a foodie's paradise. Everything I ate there is really delicious. Definitely a place I Have to visit again!
