I am actually one, and a staunch one. I have been for the last 2 years. The health benefits of course are enormous. Veges have loads of fibre, and this...well. You only have to look them up, to know how important they are to our health. I am glad they have helped with your cardiac woes.
But of course when all is said and done, diet is only one of the several lifestyle changes we have to pay attention, for overall health.
