Hey! Yes, it is! Thats why I usually have this for breakfast. But ofc you can replace the full coconut milk with whatever. I love full fat coconut milk and I have it very often. I dont count all calories but maybe I should :p cause they count right?

unless you are in a state of ketosis you won't absorb much from the fat, not only that it's impossible to gain fat on your body from EATING fat. Only carbs can raise insulin and insulin is required for fat storage
