When I first stepped into the tea house launched by Arnaud Bachelin, I wasn’t surprised at all by the British style he had given to his new home.

I immediately felt at ease in the warmth of a sofa.

And this is exactly how I like spending the rest of the day : reading a book and taking notes under a subdued lighting while enjoying one of the finest tea of the menu. Most of the time I choose a Wulong tea from the Fujian province, with homemade scones and clotted cream.

Behind the counter, shelves filled with beautiful tea caddies.selected during his numerous trips in Asia. Tea is a passion we have in common but he is a real expert in this field as he took part in global championships. Thus needless to say that tea leaves are meticulously selected during his numerous trips in Asia.

Besides, as Arnaud is fond of art, he regularly hosts exhibitions of talented artists in diverse areas : painting, sculpture, ceramics...
