Preheat oven to 350 F and line a muffin tin with your favorite ham, creating small cups.
Crack an egg into each cup, making sure not to spill egg out the side.
Add 1/2 tbsp cream to each and season with salt & pepper.
Bake for 15-25 minutes until desired doneness.
*After baking, top each cup with grated cheese and your choice of toppings. I went with sharp cheddar and green onion.Throw the tin back in the oven and continue baking for a couple of minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is done.
If all goes as planned, you should have something similar to this to show for all of your hard work.
