I made the recipe - but did not use the bouillon block - I used celtic sea salt instead and it was still delicious. Thanks for sharing.
I made it again this evening - using this recipe as a base but substituting aubergine for courgette, adding , green peas and topped with coriander. You inspired me and I became creative. :) Thanks again

@momogrow, I am so honored to hear that you tried my recipe and I am happy to have been of help.
Many many thanks 🙏 🙏 🙏 🤝 for this. Infact, I can't thank you enough. I am following you already to stay connected.
I applaud your sense of creativity and your recipe sounds interesting too. This is one reason I love chickpeas - one can easily throw in whatever ingredients available to yield an amazing outcome.
But I am not happy 😡 that you didn't even bother to send my own portion. It is unfair that you ate everything alone 🤣 🤣
Once again thank you so much.
Lol - I did think of sharing with you - well at least via some fotos. However I immediately shared dinner. The family liked both versions. Next time I will keep my trusty iPhone nearby and make a photo. It is great that I finally used the chick peas in the cupboard in a creative way and not just throw them in a salad. Thanks again.
By the way, I love cooking and will share a few recipes from time to time - when I do have my phone handy. :)
Family always comes first! So I am not complaining. Once your family is satisfied with the meal, I am also satisfied as well 🤓
Please take some shots shots next time and I look forward to your yummy dishes and recipes.
Cheers 🍻
