😋 Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey & Scalloped Potatoes / Apple Pie For Desert ! )😋

😋 Mmmmm! Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner was awesome on Monday ! But there's plenty of turkey leftover for some more awesome meals ! Yesterday my son made a nice Turkey soup , and today I froze some of the Turkey Breast to make a Turkey Lasagna in the future and the rest I saved for tonights Awesome Turkey Casserole from Leftovers , And lets not forget Apple Pie For Desert ! Mmmm, Hope you like it !!😋

😋 This is basically Scalloped Potatoes , with a chopped onion and diced up leftover turkey , cooked in 2 cans of mushroom soup or cream of Turkey soup with2 cans of water added !! Then topped with any stuffing you have leftover . Easy Peasy one dish meal ! Just follow my step by step photos , starting with cooking your soup first like you always do , then adding in everything else ! Hope I Made You Hungry , LETS GET COOKING !!😋

😋 It all starts with your Turkey from Thanksgiving day ! Our Thanksgiving in Canada Was Monday October 9 !😋

😋 First make your soup , then add all your Scalloped potatoes , sliced onions and chopped turkey ! If you have some Vegetables leftover , add them as well , like peas and carrots !

😋 Top with stuffing / Cover and bake at 350 degrees for aprox. 1 hour or until your Potatoes are cooked / Remove lid if you want to brown the top !

😋 All done !! Call the boys in , dinner is ready ! And don't forget , there's Apple Pie For Desert ! Mmmmm! 😋

Haha ! The photos definitely did not do it justice ! It was awesome ! Basically just scalloped potatoes and turkey ! It sure got ate up in a hurry with my sons having seconds ! Never judge a book by its cover my friend ! 😋😋😋
