If you get bored with fried chicken, try to make this crispy fried fish. Pieces of fish with a layer of crispy flour is certainly tasty family. Especially while the warm dicocol mayonnaise is tasty delicious.
Material:
250 g dory fillet or mackerel fish, cut ½ x 3x2 cm
1 clove of garlic, grated
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp cooking oil salt
Layer:
ice water
2 tbsp of wheat flour
Stir together:
100 g wheat flour
½ tsp salt
1 teaspoon chicken broth powder
Complementary:
mayonna bottles
How to make:
Knead pieces of fish with garlic, pepper and salt until blended.
Sprinkle each piece of fish with a little flour until smooth.
Dip in ice water and roll in a mixture of wheat flour and wring it flat.
Fry in hot oil and lots of brownish to yellow.
Lift and drain. Serve with mayonnaise.
