Sweet martabak
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons gist
- 1700 cc coconut milk from 2 old coconuts
- 2 teaspoons of salt cooked with coconut milk until lukewarm hot
- 1 kg of wheat flour
- 6 chicken eggs
- 60 grams of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- Margarine to taste
- 100 grams of roasted roasted beans
- 100 grams of chocolate meses
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- Sugar for dough and sprinkles according to taste
How to make :
Put the gist into a mixture of coconut milk and salt. Let stand 15 minutes until foaming, set aside. In another bowl mix the flour and eggs and stir slowly while pouring the coconut milk bit by bit, until the dough is slick, then add the granulated sugar, baking soda and vanilla. Heat a martabak pan to the center of 20 cm that has been smeared with butter. Pour batter 1 cm thick, bake over medium heat. After the dough is perforated, sprinkle peanuts, meises, sugar and milk, sweetened sweet. Fold the martabak, spread it with butter, pick and serve.
