Today I cooked matar paneer. It is an indian veg dish and so yummy. I shear this recipe and you must try it in your home.
Ingredient :
Dried matar: 100gm
Potato: 1piece
Ginger pest : 2tea spn
Jeera powder: 1teaspn
Dhania powder: 1teaspn
Kasmiri lal mirch powder: 1teaspn
Tarmaric powder: 1teaspn
Kasouri methi: 1teaspn
Hing: 1pinch
Salt: as per test
Bay leaf: 2-3pieces
Long: 2-3pieces
Cardamom : 1/2 inch
Method :
Sock dried matar in water for over night. In the morning boiled the socked matar. Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, cardamom and long. Make a pest along with the all masala. Pour it in oil. Fry for 2-3 mins. Now add the boiled matar and paneer cook for 5 min . Off the gas . Your matar paneer is ready.
