I think both are solid choices, it's really easy for me to skip breakfast, so an 8-10 hour eating window is pretty easily attainable. OMAD would be hard for me to get enough calories I think, maybe if I adjusted to it. I need to gain a little weight/strength

That's true... There is not one perfect solution for everyone. The simple reason I would choose OMAD is that I'm not that physically active and I know that the "hunger hormone" is produced around the times we usually eat, so if I won't stick to one exact time of eating every day, I'm afraid I will eat much more than I actually need...
