Pieces of meat - 1 kg
Garlic spoon - 1 table spoon
Ginger spoon - 1 table spoon
Talk yogurt - 1 cup (shredded)
Pepper - 1 table spoon
Lemon juice - 1 table spoon
Salt - like taste
Gourmet onion and lemon juice
Coriander leaf
Cooking Methods -
Wash the pieces of meat well. Make them medium-sized pieces. Now mix the meat with ginger and garlic. Make sure to crack the yogurt well. Mix well and add chilli powder and salt. Give pieces of meat in it. Keep Marinate for three hours. Now give pieces of meat to oven or greule. Get down to brown in brown color. Now serve hot with pajaras, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
