RE: Japanese whiskey for beginners - a guide

Great article, if you are into whiskeys check out the following from Canada. I personally bought every bottle I could find in my city stores. It has a very nice nose on it, you can sit and sniff it for a long time and the smells are awesome. It has a smooth finish, very nice. I had to give it a try after Jim Murray pronounced it the best whiskey in the world for his 2016 bible. At $30 per bottle it was a great buy.

I have been a long time Crown fan. Never tried the Northern Harvest Rye. Will put it on my list.

Its hit and miss if your a Crown fan, my buddy found it to strong. However if you are a Scotch fan then this could be right up your alley. It just depends on what you like. It has its own distinct flavor which is why I like it.
