Falooda is an Indian traditional milkshake like dessert. It is a cold dessert that usually consists of vermicelli, rose syrup, basil seeds and pieces of jelly with milk . It is absolutely delicious. I have tried out a recipe and it was really good. I personally really like it. I will be sharing a recipe on how to make it below.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsp basil seeds
- 1 1/2 tblsp sugar/ sweetener
- 2 tblsp rose water
- 3 scoops of ice cream
- Vermicelli
- 2 tblsp sago
Soak the sago and cook the vermicelli. Blend the other ingredients together. Then add the sago and vermicelli. Mix it well and refrigerate. Garnish with chopped pistachios (optional) and enjoy.
