I got a 3lb ish chunk of pork shoulders and used generous amount of store bought bbq rub(I got lazy there). And then I put it sous vide for 24 hours, took it out and put more rub on it, then finished it in the 450 degree oven for 30 minutes!
For the sauce, I got store bought bbq sauce and simmered it down with my pork juice from the sous vide bag!
I lightly shredded the pork and then tossed it in the sauce, then piled pork and coke slaw on toasted brioche bun!
