Ingredients:
12 (or more) large cabbage leaves
For filling:
1 pound lean ground beef
3/4 cup cooked rice
1 large egg
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Sauce :
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 to 3 tablespoons cold water, to thicken the sauce
I also like to eat them with a bit of yoghurt.
