Ingredients
1 large potato, peeled and cut into thin pieces
4 chicken eggs 1 onion olive oil to taste salt to taste
How to make
- Sprinkle the potato slices with salt, then fry. Lift and set aside.
- Shake 4 eggs and add salt to taste.
- Put the fried potatoes and sliced onions in egg whisk. Stir well.
- Heat olive oil to taste, pour the egg and potato dough.
Cook until both sides of the omelette are cooked and slightly browned.
