I am sure you drink water, as well! I love green tea and the SCIENCE over at www.nutritionfacts.org talks (peer reviewedly) about the benefits of green tea... If there was one simple tip everyone could do almost without thinking would be to, drink two to three (minimum) sips of water.

I also love yoga and am ready to travel as far as I need to to find a yoga studio that I can clean and live near affordability . . .

OH ALSO, (have you ever given almond milk a shot?) Lot's better than cow milk for your prostate and hormones :)
