Rasa buah ini memang sangat khas dan sangat menggiurkan lidah bagi pecinta buah ini, buah durian tidak boleh dikomsumsi berlebihan bagi penderita hipertensi.
Setelah makan durian tidak boleh minom obat akan berakibat mabuk.
