This cake is a mixture of banana, coconut flour and the mixture is then fried. This cake has a very delicious taste and suitable as a snack food in the afternoon. Ingredients:
- 7 ripe bananas
- 5 tablespoons rice flour
- 5 tablespoons grated coconut
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- cooking oil
How to cook:
- prepare 7 bananas
- peeled banana peel and wash.
- banana puree
- enter grated coconut. coincidence this time I use a coconut that has been mixed with sugar.
- add salt and stir
- enter 5 tablespoons rice flour and stir.
- prepare a pan
- pour cooking oil and turn on the stove
