Today in the Live Long Live Strong Series, we have mangoes added to our fruit basket. Eating raw foods is the key to healthy eating.
We have bodies which are grown from nature like animals. So like animals we may not even need to cook. Nature is full of delicious fruits for the building of our bodies.
What distinguishes us from animals is our mind not our bodies so we can learn from animals, how to take good care of the body in order to live long and to live strong.
The bottom line is not to force yourself to eat in ways that make you feel deprived of the good things in life. (Making yourself miserable or depressed will do you no good) But to take it easy and develop a healthy eating life style with time.
Ease yourself into good healthy food.

Je partage entierement ton avis sur la consommation des fruits et legumes car c'est tres bon pour la sante,que chacun de nous consomme su moins cinq fruits et legumes par jour.En plus pour notre sante evitons de consommer trop de viandes.
