Yoghurt with kiwi granola and raspberries
4 people easy
Ingredients
4 yogurt with coconut milk (rice or soy)
2 kiwis
100 g raspberries
100 g of cereal flakes (optional)
40 g of a mixture of almonds and hazelnuts
40 g of various seeds (squash, sesame, sunflower, hemp, flax)
1 tablespoon of coconut oil or olive
4 cl of apple juice
4 cl of maple syrup
Preparation
First, preheat the oven to 160 °.
In a salad bowl, put the cereal flakes and seeds and mix.
Then heat the coconut oil over low heat with the maple syrup and apple juice while stirring. When the liquid is homogeneous, pour it into the salad bowl and mix well to coat the dry ingredients.
Then place the granola on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for half an hour.
While cooking the granola, return it regularly to prevent it from burning. Depending on your oven, it can be ready in 20 minutes.
When the granola is cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Peel the kiwis and slice them.
Place each yoghurt in a cereal bowl, add a quarter of the granola, raspberries and kiwi slices.
Serve well or add a dash of maple syrup (or agave) if yogurt seems too acidic.
