Wow @sweetsssj! That restaurant looks incredible! I like the simple dishes in the Jiang Nan food style like prawns with peas. They are both contrasting flavours that harmoniously go together. In Australia we don't have the delight of many of these restaurants. That's another reason to head back to China - the food! Can't wait until Chinese New Year!

thanks myday, I agree that the simple dishes often turn out to be the best. Sichuan food is known for it's spice and chilli, but people forget they can make non-spicy foods very well too.

Don't get me wrong though @sweetsssj I'm a huge fan of my spicy food too! Sichuan = chilli = good :)
