What I have used for this healthy juice:

You need:

🎔 three carrots

🎔 a handful amount of asparagus

🎔 a handful amount of celery

🎔 a grapefruit

🎔 1/4 cucumber

🎔 two kiwis

🎔 an orange

🎔 one red beet

🎔 the half of a lemon

🎔 and one apple

&

MY TIP OF THE DAY

Before you are preparing your red beet for the juicer, rinse your cutting board, which you would like to use with water one time. This process will help you to avoid discolorations on your working materials, as you can see in the pictures below. I love working with woodmaterials. So, please let me know in the comments, how it works for you.

You get:

It is not (just) the colour of it what makes this fresh juice so awesome, it´s yummy and healthy. No more words to this player in the kitchen ;)

Extras:

You also could add ginger to the juice, if you like!

What I ´m doing with the rest of the fruits?

IMG_5978.JPG

When you are using your juicer, you just don´t get the juice out of the fruits. As you can see in the pictures, you always have a little amount of vegetable fibres over. So, what to do with it?

IMG_5985 (2).JPG

Special thanks to @unclehermit for your comment in my last post click here, about using the fibres for making some crackers out of it.

You can also use it for an indoor-composter, where you can add your coffee grounds, tea bags and so on...

later on you could use it for indoor-planting for example 🌱

In my case, I put the biological waste to my outdoor-composter and distribute the resulting compost soil later to my vegetable garden in coming spring.

Holy moly thats one serious juicer! Great stuff, you have a new follower. I don't have a juicer but i make a lot of smoothies. Typically one a day.

That looks very yummy and healthy... but its not for lazy people ;-)
