Good time of day!
Today I want to share with you the recipe of cheesecake. This is one of my favorite desserts. I have in the fridge a jar of pistachio paste, so I decided to make pistachio cheesecake.
So, for the filling you will need:
250 g cream cheese
100 ml cream 33-35%
100 g sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp pistachio paste
You can take any base for cheesecake as you like.
Mix cream and cream cheese, stir. Add pistachio paste, stir again. Add the eggs one by one, sugar and mix. Next, pour the filling into the base for our cheesecake. Bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.
The secret to cheesecake is not cracked: in a pan pour hot water, put the grill on top. And on the grate place a baking dish. Ready cheesecake leave to cool at room temperature. After that, for at least 6 hours put in the refrigerator.
