Hello everybody, I want to tell you about the sweet cassava tapai in saree area of aceh province. Tapai is a fermented food that is made with the help of microorganisms. Microorganisms are organisms that are so small that in order to observe them we need for aids. making tapai are needed at least 3 groups of microorganisms are : Endomycopsis Fibullgera, Saccaromyces cereviceae and cabdida utilis. At the beginning of fermentation endomycopsis is used to convert starch into sugar so it tastes sweet then Saccaromyces cereviceae and utilis cabdida convert sugar into alcohol and Acetobacter aceti which convert alcohol to acetate and cause acidic taste on the tapai. Tapai have already must to be kept in a warm place for 1 to 2 days.

The sweet cassava tapai is very delicious to eat and very good to be a gift if you are traveling to saree area aceh province. In addition to the sweet taste of tapai also contains many benefits are warming the body, increase sexual stimulation husband and wife and reduce acne. Keep in mind, although it tastes good and contains many benefits but tapai should not be consumed excessively because it can lead to drunk and cause infection in the blood and also disorders of the digestive system
