Ingredients
1 1/2 kg of potatoes
7 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp flavoring
2 eyes tamarind (dissolved with 50 ml of water then filtered)
2 bay leaves
50 ml of cooking oil to stir frying spices
To taste cooking oil (for frying potatoes)
spice mashed
3 cloves of garlic (large size)
3 cloves of red onion
10 pieces of red pepper (cored)
1 slice of laos (young ones)
1 stem of lemongrass (take the whiteness)
Peel the potatoes and then wash. Slice thinly crossed iris. Then stack a few slices of potatoes and cut into pieces like a match.
