Simple and delicious garlic ribs - gourmet approach

Fried ribs, I've never eaten this before. I would guess it's totally delicious. I don't think I've seen it on a Chinese restaurant menu either. Is it something you have to go to China to get? I will look for it next time, you know there are always about ten times more choices than is really needed on a Chinese restaurant menu!
