Tofu content of vegetables is, the food is made from tofu stuffed with vegetables and cooked by frying, fried food is one that is simple and popular, but very tasty and want to eat continuously.
The main ingredient :
- Tofu
- Rice flour
Small diced vegetable ingredient
- Carrot
- Potatoes
- Bean sprouts
- Celery
- Leek
Ingredients in blender :
- Red onion 3 seeds
- Garlic 5 seeds
- Pepper 10 seeds
- Ceyenne pepper 5 seeds
- Kemiri 3 seeds
How to cultivate it :
- Puree ingredients
- Enter 2 tablespoons rice flour into the bowl, then mix with enough water, stir (not too thick and watery)
- Sautéed flavor smooth, and enter the vegetables that has been cut up wilt and soft, lift, drain
- Tofu in halved but not to break up, and then enter into a tofu stir fry vegetables.
- Enter tofu into the dough flour
- Fried tofu in hot oil until brown, then remove and serve with spicy sauce or cayenne pepper.
