Cheese pie with chicken
Wheat flour 300 gr
Egg chicken 6 pieces
Butter 150 g
Chicken fillet 400g
Mozzarella cheese 100 g
Cheese cheddar 150g
Blue cheese 100 g
Parmesan cheese 100 g
Parsley 3 sprigs
Cream 35% 350 ml
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Pepper black ground to taste
For the test grind soft butter with flour, add 1 egg, a pinch of salt, knead into a homogeneous mass and set aside for 30 minutes.
Chicken fillet cut into large pieces and fry in a heated frying pan in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
Parmesan grate, cheese with mildew, mozzarella and cheddar cut into slices.
Roll the dough and put it on the bottom of the oiled form.
Cover the dough with something heavy, such as dry peas or beans (so as not to rise) and put in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
Dough to cool and remove the beans from it.
In a bowl, mix cream with eggs, salt, pepper, add dried oregano and grated Parmesan, mix thoroughly.
Pieces of chicken and cheese put in a chaotic order on the dough, pour the creamy mixture.
Bake the cake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
