Home meat pizza
Ingredients for approximately 3 pizzas with a diameter of 28-30cm
5-6 glasses of flour
A pinch of sugar
1 packet of dry yeast
3 pcs large tomatoes
1 piece chicken breast raw
300-400 grams of any cheese (here Russian is the most common)
300-400 gr of smoked sausage
1 piece medium bulb
3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste
1-2 pcs pickled cucumber or a few gherkins
1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Dried basil
200-300 grams of any mushrooms (here oyster mushrooms)
Flour sifted into a deep dish or on a table, add salt, sugar, yeast and a little bit pouring water and vegetable oil, knead to a homogeneous plastic consistency
Breast is discarded from skin and bones, cut into small thin plates, sent lightly seasoned
Cucumbers, tomatoes and sausage cut into thin rings
Oyster mushrooms are cut arbitrarily
Onions are cleaned and cut as thinly as possible with rings
Cheese grate
The dough is divided into 3 parts, thinly rolled out, and we sell the desired shape
We form, slightly wrapped edges, original edges
Lubricate with tomato paste, spread out the filling in random order, sprinkle with cheese and send on a baking sheet in a preheated oven
Bake until a good browning of the cheese
