Basil and arugula.


One of the helthiest greens for your body. You can cook diferent dishes with it. But best of all to eat them fresh in salads or just leaf by leaf.

This greens has preatty strong taste. So you wont need them much.

Basil is the best when you are using it in mix with tomato.

Yum! Both greens are full of flavor. And so much better than plain lettuce.

I also enjoy super fresh rainbow chard — stem and all!

YES! Basil, tomato and some black pepper mixed into some tuna or chicken is the best! No need for all that heavily caloried mayonnaise.
