A wonderful snack for the festive table - rolls of salmon with cream
cheese, fresh dill and cucumber.
450 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
250 g of cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
1 bunch of dill
2 tablespoons lemon juice
pepper ground
2 large cucumbers
On the food film lay a thin layer of chopped salmon, blocking the
pieces so that there are no gaps.
Cream cheese with a lemon juice, pepper and finely chopped dill. Put
on top of fish.
Roll into a tight roll, wrapped in a food film and put it in the cold
for a few hours.
Cut cucumber into rings.
Get the roll and cut the roll with a knife with pieces of about 2
centimeters high.Each piece to lay on a cucumber circle.
