Baked fish in foil

in #food7 years ago

Fish baked in the oven - a simple dish for diet. To fish remained
tender and juicy, bake fish better in foil.

700 g of fish
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 cloves of garlic
a few stalks of dill
1 bay leaves
salt pepper
pair of arrows onion
1/2 lemon

Rinse the fish, cleanse the guts and scales. Cut off the head and
fins. If you use fish fillets, then just rinse and dry with a napkin.

For marinade mix olive oil, chopped garlic, pepper, finely chopped
dill. Add the laurel leaf, which crumble finely. You can add a couple
of peppercorns. Wipe the fish first with salt, then with the resulting
sauce.

Lay a foil leaf on the baking tray with a stock, so that you can wrap
the fish. Lubricate the foil lightly with vegetable oil and lay the
pieces of fish skinned down. Top with thin slices of lemon and
sprinkle finely chopped onion. Wrap the foil by lifting the edges. Put
the fish in the oven, preheated to 200 C. Bake fish for about 20
minutes, then open the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes to get
the top browned. Do not forget that the fish fillet bakes faster than
the fish on the bone, so check for readiness by poking a fork: the
finished fish splits splendidly.
