recipe is a tender crumbly dough with creamy Philadelphia cheese. By

100 g of cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
100 g of butter, soften
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of any thick jam
1/3 cup of powdered sugar for decoration
Mix the Philadelphia cheese and softened butter until smooth. Slowly
add flour until all is well mixed. Form the ball and put in therefrigerator for a night or for several hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Roll the dough into a 5 mm thick layer.
