Appetizer of ham with prunes, nuts and cheese.
8 slices of thinly sliced ham
1/3 cup of walnuts
150 g cheese
2 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup prunes
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 bunch of dill
salt and pepper
Grate the cheese. Prunes finely chopped. Dill chop finely.
Nuts chop, but not quite into a crumb. Garlic squeezed out.
Mix nuts, cheese, prunes and garlic. Lightly salt and add a little pepper.
Season with mayonnaise and mix well.
Put the stuffing on the pieces of ham and roll up the envelopes.
