Hey guys!
I just finished making these very simple and easy bliss balls. It's been a while since I meant to try them out. When I found this recipe, I couldn't resist so I decided to give them a chance! :) They are cooling down in the fridge now so I haven't tried them yet but my niece did and she really liked them so I guess that's a good sign, when a picky 5 year old gives them a green light.
Recipe is originally by Living Veg on You Tube so click here to watch the video.
For this simple and fast raw vegan dessert you will need:
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup medjool dates, soaked for 10 minutes in hot water
3 tablespoons cacao powder
1 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
Put coconut and oats in a food processor, mix until it becomes a fine powder. Add drained dates and blend until it forms a ball. Add coconut oil and cacao powder, blend until all the ingredients are combined. Take a tablespoon of mixture and form a ball (I made mine a little bit smaller than that). When you're done, roll each ball in some shredded coconut, cacao powder, chopped nuts of your choice or whatever you prefer (I rolled mine in shredded coconut). Let them cool down in the fridge and you can store them in an airtight container.
And that's it!

Coconut and Kakao? Well you have already won my heart ^^ Sounds a little bit Brazilian. Is it a Serbian recipe? I am quite new here, but I will post some German recipes. Take a look now and then :) Greetings!
I'm not sure where the recipe is from originally, I found this one on You Tube channel I mentioned in the post. :) There are so many different recipes and options, I'm going to try more of them. But we do make something similar here in Serbia as well, usually with rum, chocolate and coconuts and it's delicious.
I followed you! Thank you for your comment! :)
This looks sooo good!I used to make these often. I loved them! I'd love it if you looked at some of my stuff too if you have the time. I'd really appreciate it. 😊
Thank you, I just tried one and it's so good!
I followed you and I will check out your posts now! :)
Oooh these look super yummy, i want to try making them! I dont have a food processor though, i wonder if my mini blender would work....
They are so good!
I think that mini blender would work, I'm going to try making them in my blender next time because my food processor is too small, it cannot fit all of the ingredients at once! :D
