[ENG] Hello friend stemians, today I make a fish asam keueng typical aceh that has a sour taste and spicy. This became my family's favorite food. Here's the recipe :
[IND] Hallo sahabat stemians, hari ini saya membuat ikan asam keueng khas aceh yang memiliki rasa asam dan pedas. Ini menjadi makanan kesukaan keluarga saya.Inilah resepnya :
*Ingredients (Bahan) :
- Mackerel tuna
(Ikan tongkol) - Salt
(Garam) - Water
(Air)
*Ground spices (Bumbu halus) :
- 1 clove of garlic
(1 siung bawang putih) - 20 cayenne pepper
(20 cabai rawit) - 2cm turmeric
(2cm kunyit) - 1 handheld asam sunti
(1 genggam asam sunti)
*Sliced material (Bahan yang diiris ) :
- 2 star fruit
(2 buah belimbing) - 3 pieces of green chili
(3 buah cabai hijau)
*How to make (Cara membuat) :
- Clean the mackerel tuna, give the orange juice and salt
(Bersihkan ikan tongkol, beri perasan air jeruk dan garam)
- Enter the slices of starfruit and green chilli. Then enter the seasoning and give enough water
(Masukkan irisan belimbing dan cabai hijau. Lalu masukkan bumbu dan beri air secukupnya)
- Wait until boiling, give salt and flavor correction
(Tunggu sampai mendidih, beri garam dan koreksi rasa)
- Lift and serve
(Angkat dan sajikan)
