Decided to treat myself to a homemade burger for breakfast! Definitely not the healthiest option but it tasted great!
Ingredients
Bread of choice (Turkish bread and Sourdough bread used here)
Beef mince
Cheddar cheese
Eggs
Spinach
Spices of choice (cayenne pepper, black pepper etc.)
Cooking was fairly simple:
Mash mince and spices and shape into burger patties. Fry in a hot pan to get a crust, flip once. When the patties are almost done place a slice of cheese over to melt and finish with an egg on top.
Toast bread and lay spinach over.
Put it all together and consume!
