Spicy Tofu with Fermented soya bean paste

Hey, that's mapo tofu! My wife makes that dish, and it's one of my favorites - she even made me learn how to cook it so she wouldn't have to make it all the time. Very difficult to find an authentic plate of it in "Chinese restaurants" in America.

Yes! Actually I consciously called it something else because ma po tofu is from Sichuan, so this version would be the Hong Kong style of ma po tofu I guess!
