Since I'm always into a diet and you all know about my diet also from the posts of this blog, today I'll talk about a healthy and superhealthy perfect dinners to regain fitness.
That is dedicate to the ones that promising to start a diet for months and months. And they still hav not started it yet.
Me and my uncles sometimes organize nice dinners.
No come on, I'm joking, my uncle organizes some nice dinners, I just eat.
He has a chef's ambition and I am a taster.
Acttually this is nt a restaurant review but if my uncle will open a restaurant i bet it will be full every day!

Moreover, my Uncle's aesthetic taste is reflected in his way of serving meals. It leaves nothing to chance.
Contrary to me that when I throw the dough into the plate it seems like a war has passed.
Unfortunately I do not have pictures of the first and second because I confess, I was too busy eating them to photograph them.
The menu was simple but very tasty.
It is no coincidence that I always wait for glory for the moments when my uncle invites me to have dinner with him. As appetizer were Tuscan sliced ham and cheese, first dish a mushroom risotto, a second dish stewed rabbit and finally finish with puff pastry with chocolate. So yummi.
