The best thing we can do for our temples aka bodies is to nourish it with quality foods. One way to do this is to simply juice! Juicing allows the body to absorb vitamins and minerals easily. Here are some simple recipes you can plan for ahead of time and be on top of your juicing schedule. Planning ahead keeps you accountable and encourages you to use up those veggies you spent $$ on. Go ahead and give these a try and share any of your own personal favorite creations. :)
My top 6 juice blends for a detox program! From top left to right:
- Liver/Gallbladder
- Skin, Eyes and antioxidant
- Kidneys and bladder

Juice 1
1 Lemon
2 grapefruit
3-4 celery stalks
Ginger about 1/2 thumb size
Juice 2
3-5 Carrots
2 Oranges
1 Lemon
Juice 3
1 Cumber
3 Celery stalks
1 lime
2 green apples
Juice 4
5 Celery Stalks
1 Lemon
1 lime
2 apples

1/2 of a Watermelon- Cut into pieces and put into a blender. Blend well. Use Strainer to get rid of the pulp.
1/2 Cup of Fresh mint! Add Mint to large container and pour the watermelon juice over it.
Juice 6
2 Apples
1 Grapefruit or Orange
1 lemon
3 thumb size of ginger pieces.
Optional- Mix 1 tsp of Moringa powder with a table spoon of honey. Add to any of the juices and shake well!
