Hello everyone,
My friend recommends this menu, I think it is yummy so I'd like to share a recipe of crispy fried pork with an air fryer, if you don't one, you can do it on a pan with vegetable oil. Let's start.
Serves: 1-2 people
Preparation Method
Ingredients
1.Pork belly 350 gram
2.Salt 2 table spoon
3.Vinegar 150 ml
4.Seasoning 1 tea spoon
5.Water
Directions for making crispy fried pork belly
1.Boil pork belly about 10-15 minutes or until done about 80 percent. While boiling pork belly, water should be over meat.
2.Add seasoning for taste.
3.Absorb boiled pork belly by paper towel and make it dries out.
4.Punch holes into the skin by a fork.
5.Soak boiled pork belly in the vinegar by putting the skin down about 5-10 minutes.
6.Rub the salt into boiled pork belly and let it dry out about 30-60 minutes.
7.Fry boiled pork belly with the air fryer at 200 degrees celsius for about 30 minutes.Turn the pork over every 15 minutes until the time is up.
8.Serve with chili sauce.
You can use the original method as frying on a pan with vegetable oil.
I recommend serving this dish with sticky rice or jasmine rice. Have a good meal! See you in the next post.
