I made pancakes for myself instead of the usual porridge porridge. I heard a lot about them and saw many recipes, but I did it for the first time. And it turned out well, it is very tasty, that instead of one portion ate immediately two 🙈
50 g Oat flakes
2 pieces Egg
2 tbsp Cocoa without slides
100 ml Milk whey (or milk)
1 tsp Stevia
Oat flakes to grind into flour or slightly flakes.
Squirrels are separated from yolks and whipped with stevia until firm peaks.
Mix the yolks with oatmeal flour and cocoa. Pour the serum and mix. Introduce the proteins and gently mix.
Spread the frying pan, then reduce the temperature. Pour the dough into a frying pan and, as soon as the pancake grinds slightly, turn over. Pancakes should be beautiful brown. Bon appetit 😋
