Raspberry marshmallow for tea
raspberry 300 g
gelatin 15 g
3-4 tablespoons sugar
water 3 tbsp.
Pour the gelatin with water, raspberries to warm in a sauté pan until boiling, remove from the plate, gently wipe through a sieve, transfer the puree again to a saucepan, add sugar, constantly stopping the mass to boil, remove from heat, allow to cool slightly.
Stir the berry mixture with gelatin until it is completely dissolved, cool well, beat in a lush compact mass with a mixer for about 10 minutes. Raspberry marshmallow to put into shape, put for 10 hours in the fridge, cut the dessert into squares.
