I really love pasta of different kinds and try to combine it with vegetables, meat or seafood. This recipe is very affordable, just buy frozen prawns and fresh sunset.
50 ml of olive oil
250 g spaghetti pasta or spiderweb
3 cloves of garlic
500 gr of shrimps
2 tomatoes
1 glass of dry wine
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of basil
100 g of Parmesan
2 tablespoons butter
Cook the pasta, flip it over a drudge and rinse under running water. Shrimps, if frozen, pre-defrost, if uncooked, then just brush.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Finely chop the garlic and add to the frying pan. Fry 30 seconds, over medium heat, do not let garlic burn. Add the prepared shrimp in the sauce and fry for 3-5 minutes.
Immediately after this, transfer the shrimps together with the garlic from the frying pan to the plate.
In the frying pan add butter, warm up. Add finely chopped tomatoes, lightly fry, add parsley and basil finely chopped. Stir, fry for about a minute, pour in the wine. Boil for a few minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
Return the shrimp, warm up 2-3 minutes. Put the shrimp over the pasta, pour over the resulting sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
