How to make Garlic rituals

Material:

  • 1/2 of garlic

  • 3 tablespoons mustard oil

  • 1 / 4 turmeric

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 table spoonful of peppercorn powder

  • 1 table spoon molasses molasses

  • 1/2 table spoon salt

Spices for mixing

  • 2 tablespoons mustard grain powder

  • 1/4 table spoon methi powder

  • 1/4 tablespoon jiraara grain

  • 1/4 table spoon of coriander seeds and grains

  • 1/4 hinge powder

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, stirring the mixture with garlic and turmeric powder, stirring for 3-4 minutes until it is soft.

  2. Add lemon juice and stir and lighten for 2-3 minutes.

  3. For 2-3 minutes, stirring with chilli powder, molasses and salt, lighten the mixture; But in this case the whole molasses will have to stir until it is mixed.

  4. Now add one spice to each and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Now cool down and save in a glass container.

  6. Keep in a cool place and wait for a week to serve.
