Hi steemian,, back again with my post this time on traditional Acehnese cake called keukarah (bird's nest) of aceh.
Keukarah (bird's nest) is a food made from a mixture of tempung and coconut-sized spear-shaped one of the Palm of an adult, this cake is one of the typical hawker Aceh that is similar to the wire, or the bird's nest, it was very crunchy, sweet, crisp, and fragile, Due to the unique shape, this cake is often made by a shop that can take them anywhere.

Making cake keukarah (bird's nest):

Materials should be ready right..
Rice flour 1 kg puree already in..
Granulated sugar 2 ounce ...
White water to taste ...
Pure cooking oil to taste ...

How to make dough:
