This is my activity today. Make my husband and son's favorite cakes. Almost every day I make risoles, besides nutritious and tasty this cake is also easy to make. This recipe from my mother because she used to selling risoles. So I learned from him. Following recipe risoles vegetable content healthful.
INGREDIENTS :
For skin risoles
500 grams wheat flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons of pepper powder
Enough water

3 carrots medium size ( small cut )
3 potatoes ( small cut )
1 onion ( finely chopped )
2 stalk celery ( finely chopped )
Salt to taste

Enough oil
Additives
Wheat flour sufficiently, enough water (mix flour and water, stir well, not too thick ) enough bread to fit, enough oil for fry.
HOW TO MAKE IT :
For skin risoles
Mix flour, eggs, salt, and pour water little by little until the dough is thick. Then blender briefly so that the dough does not bump. Dough is too thick add a little water. The dough not too thick or too dilute because it is easily torn.
The contents of risoles
Finely sauteed spices add pepper powder, add the carrots, potatoes, and water to taste so that the carrots and potatoes mature, add salt, taste test and stir until the water shrinks then add the green onion and celery.stir briefly then turn off fire stove.
Prepare a small pan rub a little oil then heat with a small fire. Take 1 tablespoon vegetable batter pour into the pan.
If it is not sticky again means it is cooked, then set aside and add the vegetables and fold as envelopes and roll up.
continue until the dough is finished. Coat it with liquid flour and roll it into a bread flour.
Then put in a refrigerator for a while, then fry it mediumly.
Good at eating while hot, and add with chilli sauce and hot tea in the company of beloved family.
