Interesting experiment you undertook. I'm about to do something like it, although with freeze-dried survivalist food packages. Since there's so much talk about preparing for a disaster, I figured I might as well see what survival food does for my weight, health, energy, etc.
Based on your review, soylent works best as a supplement rather than meal replacement. I wonder if some marketer type is flogging the "Soylent Diet" to lose weight?
